• 60-minute office seminar that goes over common MSKs, neutral posture, optimal workstation setup, and hybrid workstations.

• ErgoCoach Training session: full day or 2 half days train the trainer on basic ergonomic setup.

• Industrial injury prevention 60-minute seminar. Looks at common MSKs and neutral/optimal positioning while working. Uses job specific examples.
